Yoga for Powerful Women
A 6-week class designed for women who want to increase their physical and emotional core strength.
This is a two-hour class that specifically focuses on strengthening our core. In this 6-week series we will build a layer of foundation around our centre that we can then rely upon when we find ourselves depleted.
Using each other as trainers and coaches, this class is designed to be challenging, heartfelt, supportive and fun. Throughout our time together we will nurture our emotional reserves using chi gong, flowing asana and breathing and tone our feminine body with partner strength training, cardio drills and pilates. The point is to be able to tune into and prepare our midlines to hold strong for whatever comes our way.
